This is a great product. Shipment was prompt and the seeds are grown in the US, and have the required bitter taste. If you are just starting out I recommend you start with 3 seeds the first few days and work your way up to 6 per day, the recommended dose.I have been eating bitter apricot seeds for over 20 years. I eat 10 per day. They have a bitter taste which means that they contain the desired ingredient, vitamin B17.I had the beginnings of rosacea, a reddening of the nose and face from too much exposure to the sun. An aquaintance recommended I take 10 apricot seeds per day. Gradually over a period of a month or so my symptoms of rosacea diminished until within a few months it was totally gone.
